My story is a familiar one for many South African youth. Educated and ambitious, I faced a harsh reality - the job market wasn't ready for my skillset. Driven by necessity, I turned to freelancing, leveraging my expertise in 3D and jewellery design & manufacture. That's when the lightbulb went on.
My freelance journey wasn't just about survival. It became a gateway to success. I landed projects for world-renowned companies like Jacob & Co NY and Forever Clio NY, exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships. This wasn't just personal growth, it was a glimpse into a powerful opportunity.
CAD TEAM was born from this vision. Realizing the untapped potential of 3D in South Africa's tech sector, I knew I could create more than just a job for myself. I could create a wave of innovation and empower others.
